Working with an online coach is an affordable way to have personalised workouts and programming.
There are two different ways of training with us online and something that suits all budgets.
Whether you are just starting your fitness journey, recovering from an injury or already going to a gym and want a programme focused on a particular goal, we can help you!

These sessions are live via Zoom with head trainer and owner, Becky. These 1-2-1 sessions can be done from the comfort of your own home or maybe you already go to a gym and would like some extra guidance on programming and technique.
Live Zoom sessions are great for those who are working from home, those who are time restricted, want the convenience of jumping online to workout, busy parents or for those who are less confident about going to the gym.
These private sessions are flexible, can be done at a time that suits you and available as a weekly regular slot or every now and again. They cover fitness and strength training however Yoga and Pilates tuition is also available.
Pricing starts from €45 per session

Workouts and programming via our app is another great way and an affordable way to have a Personal Trainer. Firstly we gather your information on a free consultation call; goals, exercise history and injuries and where you'll be working out (home or gym). Then a programme will be put together based on this information and you'll have access to an application via your laptop, smartphone or tablet where you can see all of your workouts each week. The app also comes with plenty of demo videos and also an online chat if you ever have any questions or comments on the workouts. Daily habit tracking such as water, step count and weight are also available on the app.
Workout programming is usually done in 4-6 weeks blocks so we will schedule a monthly check in call to catch up and adjust your programme where needed.
The monthly membership fee starts from €79 per month.
There are 3 and 6 month packages also available.
