
Our Yoga and Fitness retreats provide a laid-back and balanced approach to health and wellness. You can expect daily movement and exercise, hiking, food prepared from our very own private chef, soulful activities as well as having some free time to explore or just simply relax around the pool.

If you are looking for something more personalised, private personal training sessions are available across the island at a location of your choice.
These sessions are also great for those wanting to keep active whilst visiting Ibiza.

We offer weekly group fitness and yoga classes at various locations on the island, all year round. Classes include Strength Training, Body Blast, Pilates, Yoga and more.

A Balanced You was created by Becky Flew, a long term resident here in Ibiza, who over the years, has enjoyed both sides of the island - the clubs and the wellness. Now enjoying more of the quieter life on the island, her laid-back and realistic approach towards health and fitness is the drive behind her brand.
